1、American Air Force:

If the goods have not been withdrawn by the U.S. dispatch company within 12 working days after they are imported into the domestic warehouse designated by Party B, Party B shall compensate Party A for RMB 1/KG/day from the next day until the goods are withdrawn. The maximum amount of compensation shall be deducted from the freight forwarding fee of this ticket.

2、American Clipper Marine School:

Party B shall compensate Party A for RMB 1/KG/day from the next day until the goods are taken out. The maximum amount of compensation shall be deducted from the freight forwarding fee of this ticket.

3、European Railway:

If the domestic warehouse designated by Party B has not been withdrawn by the local delivery company for more than 45 working days, Party B shall compensate Party A for RMB 1/KG/week from the next day until the goods are withdrawn. The maximum amount of compensation shall be deducted from the freight forwarding fee of this ticket.

4、In case of customs inspection, it is not within the scope of compensation. Party B is obliged to cooperate with Party A in providing B/L number inquiries. If Party A is responsible for the economic losses caused by the delay caused by the concealment of contraband goods, Party B shall not bear any responsibility and shall have the right to investigate the legal liability of Party A.
